Duhok, Kurdistan Region of Iraq – November 20 – Lutheran World Federation Iraq Service met with ZOA country director at CAPNI’s HQ to discuss common grounds and potential collaborations.

LWF country director, accompanied by a team conistited of LWF’s program coordinator, admin and finance manager as well as business development manager of BRS&F ‘’The approach in Iraq I changing from relief to development, that is why we are here today to see how can we contribute to this approach’’ said Dr, Prabin Manandhar of LWF in his opening remarks 

Kawar Fariq, business development manager of LWF presented key millstones of BRS&F and inputs on REVIVE Enterprise in a 16 slides presentation followed by a presentation on Graduation Model project in Ninava plain which was presented by country director of ZOA, Esther Grisnich. 

After both presentation a field visit was organized to closely see the impact of BRS&F’s fast-track which supported three businesses in the field of agri-business and food factories.  

In the closing remarks Ms. Grisnich thanked all the attends of the meeting and expressed her interest to work together with LWF and CAPNI to build consortium toward economy development in KRI in Iraq.
